2008-2010 – Head of the Gyumri Anti-Corruption Center, USAID, CASALS

Since June 2009 – Founding member of the South Caucasus Human Rights Network

2007-2008 – Founder and one of the coordinators of the Gyumri “GALA” TV Protection Headquarters

2006-2008 – Elected member of the 1st and 2nd convocations of the “Millennium Challenge Fund-Armenia” Program Beneficiary Council from civil society

2005-2006 – Observer elected from civil society in the Board of Trustees of the Millennium Challenge Account-Armenia program

1994-2002 – at the “Shant” TV and Radio Company as a journalist, news director (1995-1996), production manager (1997-2000), acting director (November 1996), presenter, cameraman. Here he prepared a number of reports, hosted a weekly interview-program series “Kamurj” live for about 4 years (1996-2000), covered all the elections of 1996, 1998, 1999 with large reports lasting 24-30 hours, prepared a series of reports and films from the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Germany

Awards and awards

In 2008, he was awarded the “Time of Freedom of Speech” award

In 1999, as part of the television production team, he won the 2nd prize in the “Internews” pre-election social advertising competition

In 1998, he was a double nominee of the 1st CIS Television Forum with the films “Valley of Death” and “9 Years Later”, and won the special jury prize with the 1st film

In 1987, he was awarded the medal “For the Construction of the Baikal-Amur Mainline” by the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation.
